Zaylora Market — Refund and Return Policy

This policy is provided in accordance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126) and its Executive Regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce.

Right of Withdrawal

In line with the KSA E-Commerce Law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase and request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, without needing to state a reason, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return unless defective or not as described: personal care and hygiene items (including skincare, cosmetics, and grooming devices) once opened or used, and any item where the seal or hygiene packaging has been broken, in line with standard consumer protection exceptions for health and personal care products.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost, as required under the KSA Consumer Protection Law. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order number.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days, in line with Ministry of Commerce guidelines.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case Zaylora Market covers the return shipping cost.
